INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS FEES (OUTSIDE CANADA)
Every products shipped outside Canada are subject to Customs fee, VAT, local government tariffs and final carrier delivery fees.
We can't predict these fees since it can vary from one shipping destination to the other. So it means that these fees won't figure on your invoice or in the shipping cost. These fees can exceed more than 30% of your initial order depending on the destination country and are due upon delivery.
You can contact your local Customs authority to get an estimate.
Sadly, we don't have any control over these fees since it's managed by the country where the item is shipped.

All in stock items are processed in 2 to 4 business days. The delivery time will be determined by the shipping method you initially chose.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
All masks that are not in stock are subject to a 6 to 8 weeks production time. Add 2 more weeks if any hair options has been selected.
