MAXLEVL STUDIO'S RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All orders are "final sales". We do not issue refund since our product are made to order only. We do not accept any return, except for returns under a warranty claim.

ORDER CANCELLATION / EXCHANGE

1. Each items made by MaxLevL Studio is made to order. An order can't be cancelled once the item is produced.

2. If you need something changed on your order contact us at info@maxlevlstudio.com. All changes made after 7 days from the initial order date will incur a 20$ charge.

3. If you cancel before the item gets in production, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total of the order.

4. Any order that entered production can't be cancelled.

5. We do not offer exchange on any product. 

LIMITED WARRANTY

All masks come with a 30 days "normal use warranty" within Canada and the USA. Order shipped outside Canada and the USA are subject to inbound and outbound shipping paid by the customer for all warranty claims. 

 

If within 30 days of receiving your mask a damage should happen, contact us at info@maxlevlstudio.com and explain how the damage happened. Also add pictures of the damaged mask from different angles. We will contact you and discuss about it to determine if the damage was caused by improper manipulations or if it's something that should not happen under normal use.

 

If that the damage is not considered "normal", you will need to ship the mask back to us for repair and pay for the shipping. We will fix the mask and ship it back to you free of charges. 

If the damage is considered "done by improper use", it will not be covered under the 30 days warranty. We can arrange a return for repair, but all costs will be charged to you (shipping to us, the repair itself, and shipping back to you)

***ALL THE OTHER SHIPPING METHODS THAT CAN BE SELECTED AT CHECKOUT DO NOT INCLUDE A LIABILITY INSURANCE***

If your order arrives damaged during transit, contact us at info@maxlevlstudio.com within 7 days after delivery. Add pictures of the damaged item, and of the box in which it was delivered. We will do all we can to make things right.


If you don't want the insurance to save on shipping cost, contact us at info@maxlevlstudio.com before checking out so we can send you a shipping quote. Please take note that by doing this, if the order is delivered damaged, we unfortunately can't do anything about it.
