This core is perfect for sculpting, molding or casting silicone masks. The features have been reduced to ensure a comfortable fit.
***The surface can have small imperfections, but it won't affect the core's quality, small air bubbles can form when applying the gel coat, and small imperfection along the seam line are possible***
This core was created with thoughness in mind.
It's made of:
-2 layers of Smooth On Epoxacoat Red (Epoxy gel coat)
-All the more pronounced angles are reinforced using Smooth On Habitat Black (Epoxy putty)
-2 layers of 6 oz fiberglass cloth with Smooth On Epoxamite Epoxy Resin
-2 layers of 10 oz fiberglass cloth with Smooth On Epoxamite Epoxy Resin
-The front and the back are then glued together from the inside with 3 layer of 6 oz fiberglass cloth and Smooth On Epoxamite Resin all along the joint
-The base is reinforced with a 1/2'' thick x 2'' wide layer of Smooth On Free Form Air (Light weight Epoxy putty)
-2 layers of 6oz fiberglass cloth with Smooth On Epoxamite Epoxy Resin over the Free Form Air reinforcment.
